Our team created new SEO strategies, implemented them, optimized them and project managed the clients.

We implemented new content, back links and increased the DA’s (Domain Authority) for all clients. Increasing every client’s visibility on search engine by on 50%, increasing Top 10 rankings by 45%.

The First meeting:

 

We had a video call to discuss how JD Thomson could help. We discussed in detail what issue they had and how we could help with the development of there SEO service department.

The Problem:

 

They had recently seen there long term SEO expert leave to go on to other things. This meant that they were in need of an SEO expert to replace there old expert and help scale there SEO department. They had worked with contractors before but preferred to work with someone in-house as communication was very important to them and there whole team. They had clients mainly in the lifestyle and beauty e-commerce space. They wanted to increase the quality of the strategies at scale but keeping it more organic and non-black hat.

 


 

The Salutation:

 

We proposed to white label our SEO service for there SEO department saving them time and money. Our team created the new SEO strategies, implemented them, optimized them and project managed the clients (including client meetings). All with their own branding and own emails.

 


 

The Results:

 

We started by adapting the SEO department materials and setting up our white labelling system. We then created brand-new ranking focused strategies for there clients that increase the quality of on-page and off page and at scale but keeping it more organic.

Communication was very important to them, so we had regular calls and reports delivered weekly and would have one of our planning team join there team briefings and monthly overviews. Keeping a consistent contact with their internal team, this also allowed us to refine our process to a line with theirs.

During the implementation & optimization stage we had a few Google updates that come into play Like B.E.R.T and The Natural Language Algorithm. Our team study every search engine update and implement the best practices to help increase ranks no matter the change.
